The True Place of Worship
Y’all. This scripture hit me like a ton of bricks this morning. In this time of sheltering, we are all looking forward to gathering in our places of worship, our sanctuaries, our houses of God. For so long, it has been there for us. That pew, that chair, that room, those people, that pastor, those prayer warriors, all joining together in beautiful worship and praise.
Can you see the place in heaven, the true place of worship is in Jesus Christ. He has built a sanctuary, a tabernacle in the heavenlies and invites us to join Him in worship. God built this sanctuary just for us. It is not a man made building. It cannot be attributed to or given credit to any man, organization, praise team, pastor, preacher, leader, or friend. God built it.
So many of us long for a minister to speak into our lives, to give direction and help, and rightly so, God gave us to each other for strength and help. So now, in this time, we cannot go to church, we cannot have that normal, familiar interaction with the body of Christ, I hear His voice calling to me all the louder. I have built a beautiful place for you to worship and I am waiting to minister to you there.
Let me never forget the true place of worship.
